Creating the New Northwest was published in conjunction with the exhibition which appeared at the Tacoma Art Museum from June 15, 2013 through October 6, 2013. The catalog celebrates the rich collection amassed by Herb and Lucy Pruzan since the late 1950s. Through this art, the Pruzans are able to share their belief in a strong cultural community and the ever-evolving artistic identity of the Pacific Northwest. Featured artists include Preston Singletary, Akio Takamori, and Louis Bunce.
